About the venue
Built recently, and built for large families
Varahi Conventions opened in 2025 on five acres at Nandigama, about ten minutes from the Outer Ring Road on Patancheru–Shankarpalli Road. Close enough that city guests arrive without a long drive, far enough that the lawn is genuinely open.
The hall has no pillars, so the seating plan follows your event rather than the building. The kitchen sits directly behind the dining hall, which is the difference between a thousand guests eating together and a thousand guests waiting. And there is real parking — attended, on-site, with separate gates in and out.
Bring your own caterer and decorator, or use ours. We have no forced vendor list.

How many guests can the venue hold?
Comfortably between 500 and 2000 guests. The hall is column-free, so the layout is arranged around your event rather than around pillars.
How do the half-day bookings work?
The venue is booked in two slots: Morning / Afternoon (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) and Evening / Night (6:00 PM–1:00 AM). Many families book both for a full-day wedding — just tick both slots on the enquiry form.
Can we bring our own caterer and decorator?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own caterer, decorator and photographer, or use our in-house teams. There is no forced vendor list.
Is parking included?
Yes — on-site attended parking for more than 500 cars, at no extra charge, with separate entry and exit gates.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak muhurtham dates are often taken six to twelve months ahead. Check the calendar above, then send an enquiry to start holding the date.
